What is SEER?
An abbreviation for SEASON ENERGY EFFICIENCY RATING. It is a measure of how efficient a unit operates. A 13 SEER product for example would be more efficient than a 10 SEER.

NOTE: 13 SEER is the lowest efficient rating manufactured today.

Can I place plants around my unit outside?
Yes, but keep enough clearance for proper air flow.

What payment options does Air Comfort Solutions of NC, Inc. offer?
We accept cash, check, Visa & MasterCard.

Do you remove old equipment and dispose of it?
Yes, according to EPA standards

How much money will a 13 SEER A/C save me over my current system?
Most older units that we replace are 8 or 10 SEER units. Expect 30-40% savings on your cooling bill.

Should I have a service contract?
YES! Your heating and air conditioning equipment should be serviced at least twice a year. The best scenario is to have your heating system checked in the fall and your air conditioning checked in the spring. Oil-fired equipment should definitely be cleaned and serviced annually.
